Choots is passionate about disrupting industry norms and pushing the Performance Marketing space forward. Offline, Choots enjoys family time and Tar Heel basketball.

Tara is a speaker at industry conferences including Affiliate Summit and AM Days, and was recognized as one of the Top 50 Industry Players in 2020 by PerformanceIN. Tara served as a Board of Directors Committee Chair with the Performance Marketing Association. Tara enjoys time with her husband and daughter.

David Troop began his affiliate marketing career in 2006 with LinkConnector where his personable focus on building and growing strategic relationships with affiliates ignited innovative and profitable partnerships for merchants. David was quickly promoted to Affiliate Relations Manager and became instrumental in his collaborative and data-driven efforts to champion affiliates’ needs and create thriving merchant partnerships for affiliates. In his current role as Director of Affiliate Relations, David leads a high-performance team, driving profitable business growth for affiliates across all affiliate marketing segments – from content creators to mass media publishers, technology partners and everyone in between to monetize quality traffic. David holds a BS in Marketing from North Carolina State University’s Poole College of Management.

Jennifer brings over ten years of management and customer service experience, from a variety of markets, to LC. Jennifer joined LC in 2006, two years after the company’s launch. During her time with LC, Jennifer has successfully managed and grown many of LC’s Premier and Co-Managed merchant accounts, including Intuit, Getty Images and iStock. Prior to joining LC, Jennifer worked for Manpower Professional where she was responsible for accounts such as Progress Energy, Lenovo, Tekelec, and Cisco. At home, Jennifer enjoys time with her husband and two children.
